'Return of the Cub Lords'

There's a bit of a story and explanation for this one...

Currently, this is a poster for an NCAC Cub Scout event. An email was originally sent out, with a picture of the event patch*, asking for comments, etc.. I... disliked... the patch design, so I went off and spent weeks working on and off on this. Finally, I finished it, but the reply was that it was too late to be the patch. But they'd happily use it as a poster.

Then the event got canceled (sorry — postponed indefinitely) because of bad weather.

So, this is now just sitting around, waiting for the email...

The event was called 'The Return of the Cub Lords,' just in case you couldn't tell ^_~

The Akela figure (the Cub Scout official wolf mascot) was traced from an edited scan of the current Wolf handbook.

The font I used is called Ringbearer (© 2002 Pete Klassen — Ringbearer ReadMe file: [link])

*Patches to wear on the uniform, to display, etc. are handed out at almost all Scout events.
